Buyer reviewWe had e-mailed several realty companies in the area and Tom was the only one who returned our e-mail and calls. We had looked at a property last year and Tom was the one who showed us that property. We felt very comfortable and Tom was never pushy, he allowed us to look at the property at our own pace. The day we looked at this property was a very cold, winter day and Tom was very patient and very honest. We really appreciated the way that Tom always returns our calls and e-mails. We have been snubbed by some other realty companies in the area. We buy houses and fix them up to re-sell and that means we are always looking for the really good deals. We realize that the realtor does not make much commission on such properties and so we appreciate when one will work with us. We will certainly call on Tom when we are ready to list this property for sale and when start looking for another property to buy.
