He was invaluable in helping get a FEMA flood plain inclusion remedied and our lot removed from the flood plain notice. Knows the area very well and the in and outs of living in the north woods including contact with local surveyors, contractors, zoning....

Buyer reviewWas always available and easy to contact...and followed up (which was not what we experienced with other realtors. Tom had to work with a listing agent, which at times led to he said, she said....nothing he could control, but was frustrating at times on this end.
