He is such a genuinely friendly and caring person that although I did not purchase that property, he was very diligent in keeping in touch and keeping an eye out for other properties that would be of interest to me. A true asset to Century 21! Though most of home purchases these days are done electronically, Tom stayed in touch with me frequently to let me know of the progress of the purchase. He really cared that I was up to date on the various aspects of the purchase, and made sure I understood the whole process. What more is there to say? He was terrific!
