Seller reviewWhen Mr. Wellin reaches out to us he was familiar with the property and wanted to visit with us about a plan on how we needed to rethink the approach to selling our home since there was so many set backs and hurdles we had to jump through. The other agency we had was not involved with the home we aske numerous times and found that there was no attempt to correct. Tom came into our lives and as far as my wife and myself is concerned did the impossible, he sold our home to a wonderful couple. We are forever thankful for Tom Wellin.
