Personal Profile
While I live in Moss Bluff and graduated from Sam Houston High School, I am extremely familiar with all of Southwest Louisiana, especially Lake Charles. I attended McNeese State University. My wife, Sandra, and I have two boys, Justin and Jarren. Before obtaining my real estate license, I owned and operated a service company. My knowledge and experience in the construction industry has been of significant benefit to my clients. I have been a licensed real estateagent since January, 2000 when I was awarded Rookie of the Year in sales volume and production of the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors my first year in real estate. I attained my broker's license in 2006 and am an associate broker with Century 21 Bono Realty. I am dedicated in my pursuit of assisting real estate clients with buying and selling real estate in the Lake Charles area. My experience includes both residential and commercial real estate. With my experience in the constructionindustry, I am qualified to manage new construction from start to completion, including experience with pre-build sales.

Seller reviewTony was an A+ agent. He was always reachable and was super knowledgeable. I felt 100% comfortable with him handling our property. He was honest and worked hard to make sure that our home showed well. He was able to offer suggestions that we could do pre-listing, so that we could get the most money for our property. He reached out to people he knew that would be interested in our property. In the closing, he was the perfect advocate to make sure everything was accurate. Also, he was one of the first ones on the scene, checking my property out after the hurricane. He helped us secure the damage that was caused and I know that is not something that most real estate agents would have done. I would recommend Tony to anyone buying or selling in this area.

He was very supportive and understanding of us wanting to find the right house that checked all of the boxes on our wish list. He always made himself available on our schedule. Even after finding us the perfect home and going through the closing process with us, Tony still checks in on us to make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase. I cannot imagine going through the home buying process with anyone other than Tony Cornner.

From the initial phone call through closing and beyond, Tony exceeded our expectations, which were pretty high. I can't imagine working with anyone else, he definitely raised the bar on our expectations of a great agent. Beyond the sale, he helped us find an interim living arrangement between selling our house and the purchase of a new one, and helped us find and make a successful offer on our dream home.
