He responded immediately – which remained consistent over the course of the more than two months that we worked together; he was always extremely responsive with phone calls, texts and emails. I was out of town at the time, so Tony's keen attention to details was especially important. He also met with contractors and inspectors several times on the property, when I was unable to do that. And given his intimate knowledge of Billings, he was a fantastic resource for service providers in the area. Tony effectively, efficiently and diligently managed all of the communication and documentation with the seller and the title company. And probably most importantly, he negotiated an incredible purchase price for the property. I'd previously worked with another Billings realtor who was, frankly, ineffectual and disappointing. Tony has exactly the qualities you want in a realtor – like perseverance. He's also polite, honest, responsive, detail-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable.
