Tony's knowledge and experience are unmatched. His communication level is top shelf. He'll let you know what is happening quickly and can thoroughly explain unusual situations that might arise. Our buyer delayed closing by over one month from the initial date. Each time Tony was there to explain how the buyer had caused the delay and describe what was being done to address it. Tony is not just my agent he is now my friend.

Listing with Tony Spratt, was the best decision we made in selling our home. He was very helpful in the things we should do to make our home "show ready". He took the time to answer any questions we had from the beginning and always responded with a "my pleasure" or "I'm happy to help". Tony, was also very helpful with our out of state move. He worked along side us to understand the new build buying process and gave helpful advice on questions to ask the builder and things to look for when selecting a new development and town. During our process of the sell in one location and buying in another, there was a time constraint to get our home sold. Tony was the rock we need to help de-stress and offered encouragement.
