Seller reviewI reached out to Tony Spratt on a weekday evening and said "I may want to sell. I'm not sure yet. Just interested to know what my house may be worth." I wasn't looking for a realtor. Just curious about information. Tony worked hard to answer all my questions and then some, without the promise of a sell. He wasn't pushing me into selling my house. Tony honestly just answered my questions in the most professional way I've ever seen. That is why I decided to list later that weekend and that's why Tony Spratt will forever be my realtor! My house sold for asking price within 10 days after that first conversation. It's funny how life works out!
