Seller reviewNew experience for me was having to get an old cow pond filled in so that buyer would agree to buy the lot. Tonya worked with buyers agent and builder to get a plan in place in order to move the sale forward. On a couple occasions buyer began to show signs that they were going to change their minds about buying the lot. Tonya pushed to get buyers agent to work with them and smooth out any concerns. Tonya brought builder in to be a part of the discussion on filling the pond in order to discuss the cost if builder filled the pond versus the property owner. Owner contracted the work out and keep the sale price from dropping. A seasoned agent that knew the needs of the seller was important and worked to get the desired outcome. Plan on listing additional properties with Tonya.
