Hello! My name is Tonya Hiers. I started in Real Estate part time and loved it so much, I chose to leave my teaching career and pursue my career as a Realtor full time. I absolutely love what I do! I am married to a law enforcement officer so first responders hold a special place in my heart! I enjoy relaxing and spending time on Jackson Lake, where I am a full time resident. I have two English Bulldogs that are my babies! My husband and I are huge animal lovers.
I am very organized, patient, detail oriented, and passionate about helping others. As your Realtor, I will be your advocate and have your best interest at heart. Although I've bought and sold several houses over the years, this was my first experience buying lakefront property, and in purchasing outside of my current geographic area. Tonya was extremely knowledgeable about all areas on Jackson Lake and did an excellent job helping me find just the right house. She was very thorough from beginning to end, keeping everything moving along and making sure the whole process went smoothly. She was especially helpful in dealing with the peculiarities of closing on a Georgia Power lease lot. There's no one else I would go to for buying or selling on Jackson Lake.
