I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. Buyer reviewTonya did a great job in assisting me with buying my home. She was very helpful since this was my first time buying a home and she helped me to understand things that I wasn't sure about. When I contacted her she was fast to respond back to me and even helped me get some things together and helped me make sure I had all my documents that needed to be sent to mortgage company. We stayed in touch throughout the whole loan process and it was nice to have someone that was very friendly to work with. If I ever buy another home or sell this home I will be calling her for her help. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

Buyer reviewTonya was very helpful with the purchase of our home. We weren't the only interested party wanting this house. Heck we weren't even the first choice of the seller, but due to certain circumstances we ended up being able to purchase this beautiful home. We knew it was meant to be when Tonya reached out to us two weeks after we were outbid by the original buyer. We thought we missed out on getting the house, but two weeks later we were under contract. The four weeks of waiting on closing was a little strenuous, but Tonya kept us in the loop and the weeks passed by quickly. Closing took all of 30 minutes. We had a great experience dealing with Tonya and even though we aren't looking to buy a new house any time soon, we would definitely call on Tonya to help us out if we needed to.
