She was always prepared and had answers to all questions we had. When we saw the property we ended up purchasing online, we told her that if we loved it in person as much as we did online them we would be ready to put in an offer. Tonya was fully prepared and as always very professional. We wouldn't be in the house we love if it weren't for her. Tonya was excellent in all forms of professionalism and we are very thankful for that. We will continue to use Tonya and always refer her to friends and family.
