I went through a process of selling and buying with her and never once feared there was unclear business matters. I am very unfamiliar with the real estate business and she made sure I fully understood everything from little to big information. Tracey pointed out flaws on homes that she felt were important to know because her biggest concern was not making a sale for commission, but to make sure I was happy with the sale of my home and my new purchase. Never Once did I hesitate to text or call Tracey with questions or thoughts. She never gave me a vibe that I was a bother and she made time for me at my convenience. A true pleasure to have Tracey Farmer by my Side with selling and purchasing homes when it seemed so scary.
