I live 2500 miles away and it was good to know Tracey was there for me and could take care of everything for me since I wasn't able to. She was always friendly and helpful. Always had a house tour scheduled within 24 hours after contacting her. She made us feel relaxed in our search and was extremely patient with us in our search. Her knowledge of the real estate market was exhibited in her discussions with us concerning each home we viewed. Explained each step of the purchase process fully and in terms we could understand. Tracey's knowledge of each step of the process was evident through her explanations and competency. Tracey made the hunt for the "perfect" house enjoyable, not stressful.
