Seller reviewTracey is phenomenal. We've sold two houses with two other agents before finding Tracey, and she is head and shoulders above them. My wife selected her based solely on reviews, and we couldn't be happier. She is knowledgeable, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and has a great sense of humor. After our first meeting my wife and I kind of looked at each and said, Yep she's the one. Throughout the sales process we felt like she always had everything completely under control. Though she is calm and confident, we always felt like she would tell us what she thought, but allow us to make the final decision. During our sale, we had a non-trivial septic repair arise that caused us quite a bit of stress, as we were dealing with moving two hours away at the time. Tracey stepped in, and took care of the whole thing, allowing us to concentrate on our move. We highly recommend her as an agent, and would give her 10 stars if we could. Thanks again Tracey!
