She says what she thinks and doesn't hesitate to tell you when she believes you may be indulging in too much wishful thinking (which you have every right to do to your own detriment!). Her estimates and evaluations have been right on the money, and I believe we got the best price in the time we had available, to the right folks. We will definitely seek her out in the future when we have other properties to sell.
