She also helped the seller both repair the property for sale and facilitate the sale of the property as well. She was there making sure everything would go smoothly and she ensured all parties were on the same page. Without her help, this process would have been a nightmare. She is an amazing realtor, I will definitely use her again in the future. The broker did a great job explaining the paperwork and ensuring everything was completed on time.
