We gave up many times and she respected our wishes and gave us our space, but never stopped sending us the emails with the new listings. Seller reviewTraci came into our home to meet with us on a Saturday evening. She came with a plan that made me believe she had actually HEARD me and my concerns just from our phone conversation. Traci got us to closing in 5 days! She went out of her way to be on top of everything. She introduced us to the property manager that purchased the home and got me away from troublesome tenants. She did it with ease and took a great deal of pressure off of us as a result of her expertise. I am forever grateful! I cannot say enough about Traci's performance. She is very sweet and professional. I have never dealt with someone that was equally as relationship based as task based. She got it done with great ease and professionalism. I will recommend her to everyone!

Buyer reviewTraci was superb in helping us through the process, giving us ideas on how to formulate an offer, and knew all of the right questions to ask. There were times that I needed a question answered even though I knew she was trying to spend time at home. I hated to call her and interrupt her night/weekend, but she was patient and answered my calls as needed. Although we were the buyer, I know that had I been on the seller's side of things, I would have loved how professional and timely our agent was. I am confident that had I been on the other side of the coin, I would have a great deal of faith in the offer being valid and not falling through after seeing how detailed and orderly she presented everything.
