Seller reviewTraci helped us with both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. We worked with her over the last 6 months and she has been fabulous through the whole experience. She has great insight into our local housing market as well as knowing about upcoming market trends. She was able to skillfully advise us on making our very best offer as well as listing our old house for an attractive but fair price which led to multiple offers and a final above-list sale price. She is honest and ethical to a fault in doing her job, making sure to point out what she could and couldn't do as our agent. We couldn't be happier with the results we got from working with her. It was very easy to trust her and we relied on her to give us the absolute best advice and guidance. We sometimes made assumptions about the housing market that could have led to poor decisions but Traci never hesitated to be direct and provide alternate and more accurate information for us to rely on. You can't go wrong with Traci!

Buyer reviewNot only was Traci excellent in dealing with all aspects of my home purchase, she went above and beyond her "Realtor duties" in order to make this sale happen. The sale, being a short sale, took many months and was more involved than a regular home sale and Traci was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. I am active duty military, and began looking at houses before being located in the Anacortes area and Traci made everything incredible easy to do over the phone and email; from sending me new listings to actually doing video walkthroughs of homes I was interested in. Traci did an exceptional job, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing an agent.

She made sure we were well informed and when the time came to purchase the house, all we had to do was say, "this one" and everything just fell together perfectly! She referred us to a wonderful home mortgage lender, helped us with the search for our new home through skype, virtual tours, she even did the final walk throughs with video home inspections and foreseen all problems that could (and some did) come up, so when we had some problems to face Traci already had the solutions ready! Traci was more than we asked for and words just can not express how grateful to have been able to work with her! Thank you Traci!!
