She is friendly, yet the consummate professional who knows her market and quickly identifies what is most important to her clients and sets out to find it. She was encouraging and accomodating, yet made sure our time wasn't wasted senselessly. While representing us, Traci was presented with some very unusual real estate obstacles that required a lot of leg work on her part. With a smile she tackled the issues without complaint, always patient with our questions and regularly keeping us informed. She is quick on her feet and knows how to work a deal - she was impressive with her crafty negotiating tactics! Traci has also built fundamental relationships with top-notch professionals, from inspectors to loan officers, and pulled everything together for us as if she were wrapping up a present.. our present - our dream home! She felt Traci was extremely attentive to their needs, knowledgeable, honest in her opinions and always quick to initiate or to respond in any communication. How right she was! Traci was an outstanding liaison between us and the developer of the community we wanted to buy into. And, she didn't stop there. She worked out issues with changes and offerings due to the city and construction problems. Always, in our best interest, she knew questions to ask throughput every aspect of the process. For example, In our closing with escrow, for our safety, she double-checked fax numbers personally contacting necessary parties. Traci Cypher is the perfect example of an excellent realtor. She is genuinely friendly, patient, and caring. She is approachable and open to communicating at all times. Traci is honest in her insights and is always adimately working toward a "perfect" outcome.
