My realtor/broker Mrs. Tracie Smith is amazing she has a beautiful soul. Mrs. Tracie was very understanding and she listen to you. When I told Mrs. Tracie I didn't want to wait any longer and that I wanted the house. She immediately ask me when did I want to close on the property I told her asap. So We closed on our home in 11 days now thats what you call expeditiously!!!! P.S I didn't know how to answer the questions above without directions as in from least to greatest/ best or worst I hope I did it right. Mrs. Tracie is wonderful and she get the job done

This was my first time buying a house in USA, and being a foreigner, I had minimal idea of the process involved. Tracie understood our situation and our needs. She made the whole process look very easy and helped us with finding the right houses, negotiations, inspections, mortgage and selecting the title firm. She has a very good knowledge and understand of the communities in the area and is really good at comps. I would surely recommend her to my friends/ family in future.
