Buyer reviewTracy Henry helped making my first time home buying experience great!! She dealt with me for a while being very patient and understanding even when sometimes I would change my mind of what type of home I was interested in. She was ontime to every house we looked at and if was going to be even a few mins late contacted me most of the time she was early! When we did a walkthrough she made sure to check every bit of the house we could that was possible and yard. I'd recommend her because she is a genuine person and really takes th time to look into the purchasers wants and needs and is not someone who just try's to sell you something you will probably regret. Thank you again Tracy!

Seller reviewTracy did a great job for us when we bought our house six years ago, so we thought she would be the best choice to sell the house for us. We thought she would appreciate all of the updates and renovations we have done it since she saw it in the original state. Tracy was a top-notch professional to work with. She always responded to texts and emails very quickly, and was quick to send us messages as soon as she had information. Tracy went above and beyond in dealing with the buyers' agent and lawyer when there were delays and problems. Without her diligence, we may not have been able to close in a timely manner!

Even when we got discouraged after looking for quite some time, she never lost hope and continued to help us sort through listings in order to find what best suited our needs. She was always patient with us and completely understood what we were looking for in a house. Her knowledge of the local markets and homes is immense and she was always able to give us great feedback on the houses we looked at. She was never one to tell us how to feel about the houses - rather she gave us unbiased information to educate us on what may or may not suit our needs. After many houses we have finally found our perfect home and it's all due to Tracy's patience, knowledge, and support throughout our journey. We could not recommend her highly enough.

I knew, after a few months of getting to know her and seeing her excellent work ethic as well as her people skills, that should I ever need to buy or sell a home, she would be my agent of choice. Tracy Henry made a nerve wracking life event move along smoothly and virtually problem free. She kept me up to speed on showings, the feedback from potential buyers and when the time came, she worked with the buyer's agent to make the closing happen in a timely manner!
