Seller reviewI was very overwhelmed with the sale of my mom's house after her passing. The house was filled with stuff from my parents living in it for 50 years. With a full time job of my own, I couldn't find the time to clean it out myself. I called Tracy and told her that I needed to sell, but couldn't find the time to get it cleaned out. She took her long list of contacts and set up a guy to clean it out for me. He was AWESOME! Cleaned the house out in 2 weekends to get it on the market fast. Put it on the market on a Monday and had a full price offer by Wednesday. Now that's fast! Tracy is, by far, the BEST in the field! She knows what she is doing, and, if I ever buy or sell again, I will definitely will use her again! Thanks for finding my forever home!
