Tracy was excellent!

Tracy was the agent who assisted me in the purchase of a previous property, also in Four Seasons. She has proven herself to be exemplary in all aspects important in an agent: considers the needs of the client above all else - she listens - she is connected to the community's available properties - she communicates every step of the way and keeps the client on track to meet critical timelines. She is 100% trustworthy - always available and responsive and you also feel she respects not only you as the client, but the other party as well (whether you are thhe buyer or seller) - which I consider important in feeling that the transaction is conducted professionally and fairly on both sides - I wouldn't want that to be any other way. As a buyer on this most recent property, she guided me thru the inspection with all detail and followed up even on items I had forgotten (such as termite damage). Again, she kept me on-point with all details of a transactional nature as well. And although I've lived here since 2006, I found she knew things I wasn't really sure on to ensure I met all the requirements of the community HOA - such as handling all of their HOA paperwork, etc. I always felt I could reach out to her at any time with questions or concerns and she was immediately responsive. Sometimes I would forget to follow up on something and she would respectfully remind me on signatures needed, etc. She spent time with me on any questions or concerns and helped educate me along the way - even helping me with the seller's upcoming estate sale on items which he wanted to sell and she thought might help me, to achieve a Win Win for both of us. This speaks to her nature of listening and giving special thought to helping those involved in the transaction.
