We are first time home buyers and Tran Li made everything a hundred times easier she was patient, knowledgeable, and overall was very positive throughout the whole process and made us feel very comfortable she answered every question we had , and we had a lot ! She pointed things out that we would've never known to look out for that were very helpful! Tran Li helped us read and understand every single piece of paper we had to sign and return ! I just don't think we could've done it without her! Tran Li answer every phone call, email, and text we sent out to her ! She is a sweetheart who actually cared about our needs and feelings!
