Trella Driggers and the Century 21 APD experience was absolutely awesome! Last year I was thinking about buying a home and reached out to Trella for advice regarding the market. She has been our family realtor for over 40 years. I knew that I could trust her insight into the market conditions. After discussing my plans with her, we decided that the market conditions were not right for us to move forward with our plans. Fast forward a year later, conditions were better and we called Trella again. Within days of our initial meeting, a photographer was at our home taking pictures and the listing was posted a day after. Upon the listing hitting the web, we started to receive walk throughs and offers immediately. As quickly as the listing went up, it was put into a pending status 1 week later because of 5 showings, we received 4 offers and closed within 45 days of listing, start to finish! Trella, is a very diligent and knowledgeable about market. She was always there every step of the way, communicating and ensuring that I was kept well informed during the process. I am not familiar with your strategies, but personally, Trella was instrumental in advising me about how to fix details in the house that would help with the apreciation and presentation of the property. I appreciated this so much because I am a semi_handicapped 74 years old person not versed on this aspect of home sales Like I said, she helped me tremendously with her knowledge and expertiese in this crucial aspect of selling a home, specially when I have no knowledge whatsover of the process. She adviced me, but also dealt with the repairment people so I wouldn't be intimidated by them, since in the past I have been ripped off by many for being a disabled senior citizen. She took a huge burden off my shoulders and I am so grateful for that.I AM SORRY FOR THE WRITTEN MISTAKES BUT THIS PROGRAM DOESN'T GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO SEE WHAT I AM WRITTING AND TRY TO CORRECT IT. Trilla Driggers was outstanding in every respect. This property had issues, yet she was able to obtain a sale price that was higher than I expected. She made the process as manageable and without stress as I could have wished for. Since I live Pennsylvania and had to conduct business from some distance, this was especially something to be grateful for. Selling an inherited property from out of state can be one of the most difficult parts of administering an estate. Trella did an amazing job marketing the house, finding QUALIFIED buyers, and managing the sale. She returned phone calls and emails in a very timely way, and was unfailingly courteous and professional. Century 21 APD is very fortunate to have Trella on their team.
