Seller reviewTrey was outstanding. At the first meeting, he quoted what he could sell the property for. Within the first few days, I had a solid offer that closed quickly. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and never left me to doubt his professional abilities. He was extremely professional. Trey listened to my concerns and adhered to them. He was excellent at negotiations with the buyer to ensure both parties were satisfied. The listing was beautiful and accurate. Since this was a vacant property and I lived out of town, I had some concerns. First being, people walking through the house with their shoes on. He put a very classy sign at the front door to let agents and prospective buyers know respectfully. Second, the A/C needed to be set at a certain temperature. He posted a note on the A/C so this was done by other agents. Third, he would even vacuum and sweep if needed. He treated my home as if it was his own. If I ever sell a house again in his territory, Trey is the first person I will always call. I enjoyed the experience. A #1 Agent!

Seller reviewTrey was very kind and considerate regarding the sale of my home. After two times of having contracts not go to completion, the third time it did. That was very stressful for me. But Trey handled everything quite well. And the final sale went smoothly. Thanks to all for all your work.
