Tricia was an awesome agent- we did not live in Lake Charles, she kept us abreast on everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of whereas we did not have to be there. Tricia made the whole experience not stressful for us - she was so dependable, easy to get in touch with and most of all she has a beautiful personality.
