Seller reviewTrish was amazing and a total professional. I could not have been any happier with either the selling process or the purchase of my new home. I was truly stunned about what happened after I followed Trish's advice about selling my home. I had it under contract, for $20k over list price with multiple offers, in three days, and it closed 3 weeks later. Trish held nothing back with my listing and was fantastic. She was truly invested in getting me the best possible deal. For the home I purchased, there were items on the inspection that I was not comfortable with. Trish did not blink when I asked for multiple professionals to come over and assess the situation. I had 5 different inspections, and she helped me renegotiate a deal I was very happy with. She was kind, encouraging, patient, smart, savvy and knowledgeable. She even helped with issues that came up after I had moved, and the deal was done. I am not planning on moving again...but if I ever do, Trish will no doubt be my first call.
