This was quite an accomplishment considering the highly competitive market, and that we had been looking for over 2 years for a new home in a rural area. Trish was able to quickly respond to getting us an initial showing and helping us draft an offer, which resulted in a quick contract. Trish also recommended an outstanding inspector, who had to be very flexible, and did a thorough job of inspecting the newly constructed home. Trish's attention to detail and responsiveness was outstanding, as we always felt we were her only client, even though she was working with several other clients at the same time. Again we had a tough loan process and it never really felt like it went our way, until the end when Trish helped us negotiate with the sellers and got us to the closing table. She's as good of a person as they come. Excellent Realtor we'd definitely recommend her and have her help with any future endeavors The sales side and negotiating aspect from Trish was handled perfectly, again our issues were with the loan side and underwriting.
