Buyer reviewTrish Knight was recommended to be my a friend. He had just closed on a house and I was looking into getting a house myself but had no clue where to even begin. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to look for, what was considered a good deal, interest rates, HOA, etc. All I knew was my lease was ending and I didn't want to keep overpaying for an apartment. As soon as I contacted Trish, she helped me get prequalified and on the same night started sending me links to homes to get an idea of what I would be interested. Needless to say, I was already set up to start looking at house throughout the rest of the week which was great. I didn't feel very comfortable talking to builders since all the information just felt overwhelming. Trish had no problem taking time apart to let me know what was going on and helping me understand what everything meant. I got to the point where I just completely trusted her judgement as she tried to always get me the best deal for my price range. I don't think the home buying process would've been so trouble-free if it hadn't been for Trish. Everything was coordinated very smoothly throughout the entire process and I was certain I was in good hands.

Buyer reviewI wish I could give Trish Knight a better rating than excellent! My wife and I chose a new construction build for our first home. At the time of our contract signing, Trish was able to negotiate for the builder to include additional items such as cordless blinds and a refrigerator. These are things that we had not thought to ask for and Trish was able to save us thousands as a result. We encountered a very large issue during our build when the mason workers used two different colored mortars on an exterior wall of the home. Trish stayed on top of the builder and after a few months of emails, the builder tore down the wall and rebuilt it using only one color mortar. We are grateful to have Trish by our side!
