Trish Matthews has been such a wonderful realtor and person to go through the buying and selling of homes and land. She has always gone above and beyond mine and my husband's expectations as a realtor. She is always available and has worked around our crazy schedules to help us have the best home buying experience. She made sure she found homes to look at comparable to what we wanted, not what she thought we should get and never encouraged us to settle for less. Trish has consistently been a great realtor for my husband and I. This is the second time we have used her and the experience was still positive and easy. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She listens to what you want and helps you to not settle for less. When you go into the process of selling, she is very honest and will tell you if you're being realistic or not and explains every detail.

Amazing realtor. Always available by text or phone. She responded very quickly. She looked over all documents to ensure they were correct. She did her best to get us as much back as possible. She worked directly with sellers broker to get responses.

Trish was wonderful...everything I needed or thought I needed she did her very best to ensure that I got it...I'm a very indecisive person and she was patient and understanding with me throughout the entire process.
