She and my lender worked very closely and very well together, essentially helping the seller and I by getting the sale to a title company that could help the seller resolve a problematic title.Her dedication and determination got us to closing successfully. She never gave up even when both the seller and I were ready to walk away from the sale. We are so grateful and so appreciative!
