We loved Trish, she really understood our needs and went out of her way to help us find the right property. It helped that we were a livestock show family and so was she. Trish spoke our language when it went to size of property we were looking for and the ag use of the land. We would highly recommend Trish to others looking to purchase. Trish went above and beyond in helping us locate the right place for us.

Trish was so in tune with what my needs were and was very understanding with me being a first time home buyer. She was patient and there for me anytime I needed her. I felt total trust in Trish. I felt at ease knowing what ever issue came up she had it covered. I can not give this women enough credit. She was very understanding to my hectic work schedule and there wasn't one time I contacted her about a question or issue and she did not respond. She made me feel safe and like she genuinely cared about me. She even took my children out side and played with them while I was signing the closing papers.

This was my first home purchase, and Trish made it so easy by walking me through every step of the home-buying process. Trish deserves a raise employee of the year and a good vacation :-) and she still helps me whenever I need it EX: I wasn't understanding my warranty so I called her and she walked me through the process and still offered to help if there was anything else that popped up. 5 stars out of 5
