Seller reviewI like Twila fast approach to sell the house, the price she suggested was what I was expecting. We talked for the fist time on a Wednesday, she took pictures Thursday and Friday she posted it in different online sites (like zillow, har, etc.), By Monday I have 3 showings and by Tuesday I have more showings and several offers. In less than a week I had a contract and sold the house. These days people buy online and its is really important to place online pictures and information fast, if you are selling you need a realtor who do this; also when I made a comment about how I believed God was going to help me to sell my house fast she said she always prays for all the houses she is working with, and I felt confident she was going to do it. and she did. She sold my house in a week. I will recommend Twila to anyone selling a house.

Buyer reviewShe worked for seven long months to find the needle in the haystack we were looking for. Could have washed her hands of us sooner, but she stuck to it. Got us into a house that pleased the girl and the guy was happy with also. Both of us got what we were both looking for. I think it took a bit for Ms. Bertrand to figure out what we were looking for. I know that is the buyers fault. She had to wade through our unsure descriptions, imprecise requests.She waded through all of that and found what we were looking for. Would you say, "Miracle Worker"? The case can be made for it. In short, if you want: 1. Someone who will listen to all of your requests, 2. Hunt tirelessly for you, 3. Keep you in the loop of all that is occurring, 4. Constantly searching to find the most current listing to fill your needs, 5. Negotiate a good price for you, 6. Put a thousand miles on her car to find your house. You will not go wrong with Twila Bertrand. Should you desire less, seek someone else.
