Since we were "out of town buyers" it would have been almost impossible to get the deal closed without her knowledge of the land and moblie home practices and taxes in Trinity County in general, how to get the property and mobile financed, and all of the details we needed for closing. This all helped to make our closing a smooth process. She was a wonderful negotiator when needed one since she was representing both parties. She is truly a patient woman with a big heart for all people. I feel like God put her in our lives to help make this buying process a little easier. Twila seems to be very knowledgable and comfortable in any area of East Texas.

Buyer reviewTwila was very patient with us. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision about our first home. She definitely walked us through the process as we were first time home buyers and we felt confident of her knowledge. Twila made us feel more confident about our decision to purchase a home. She was able to recommend us with the right loan officer. When it came to negotiating, she listened to us and helped us get a better price on our first home. When we were about to give up at some point and things didn't work out with one loan office, she gave us hope. She always found a way to help us. Our experience with Century 21 was a smooth one. We felt that by the most part, things went smoothly in the midst of the craziness of purchasing a home. I always felt that Twila was on our side. We felt that we could trust her to know what we were looking for in a home. She was always polite, kind, respectful, but above all professional.
