Seller reviewI had seriously considered using a 'For Sale By Owner' method since I was selling my Mother's home as part of a trust after her death & it didn't seem to be a very complicated sale, however, my husband convinced me to use Tyler Wilkening again since he did such a good job selling our home 6 months prior. Boy, am I glad we did! The first buyer tried to pull a couple of fast scams on us that I would never have caught, but Tyler, with his extensive experience, did. We ended up with a much better sale & saved me a ton of money & aggravation. Kudos to Tyler and Maddie! Tyler's assistant Maddie is a true gem. She was always polite and professional and just a happy, upbeat person to deal with. She supported Tyler by taking care of all the nuts & bolts of the transactions we were involved in.

He was very honest and upfront from the get go, got us an amazing deal on the house we purchased and I honestly don't think we would have sold our other properties without him. Each time he has been tremendous help and support. He was always prompt, anything that needed to be taken care if he got done for us, in fact I'm really going to miss him taking care of everything we needed! He's so knowledgeable and knows the right people for every situation. All around awesome guy, highly recommended.

Tyler went above and beyond to make everything more simple. My husband and I joked later that if we ever flood again we should move again because having Tyler's help through everything made the home purchase and sale, as well as flood clean up much easier.
