Buyer reviewTyler did a great job of helping us find our first home. He helped us understand the market out there and what was out there within our price range. Tyler was accessible to us at anytime and would drive to meet with us to take a look at a home at anytime. Tyler did a great job of negotiating the sales as well as closing cost. We enjoyed working with Tyler and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Buyer reviewWith our lease coming to an end, and our budget being the most competitive range in Des Moines, we were nervous about searching for a home. We sat down with our bank and came up with a budget we felt comfortable with, and began working with Tyler per our bank's recommendation. Tyler respected our budget, our time, our wants/needs in a home, and never pushed our opinions- simply brought up his own being he's been around the metro and seen a lot more houses than we have! He's got an incredible pool of connections, which ultimately lead to us getting into our dream home a day before anyone else, and negotiating an offer before anyone else so much as set a foot in the home. Tyler was readily available whenever we wanted to see a house, kept us in the loop on different properties/leads, and was always upfront and honest. On top of that, he was incredibly patient with us and answered all of our questions- being first time home buyers, there were a lot. I can't recommend Tyler enough- his connections, knowledge, and patience made for a near seamless home buying process!

We were not pressured into buying a home that we may regret later. Tyler was very knowledgeable, and always gave us his professional opinion. My girlfriend and i would recommend Tyler to anyone who may need a great agent.
