Tyna was very personable, punctual, honest, and caring. I felt very secure in her opinions, advice and knowledge of her position. I wouldn't hesitate to have her as my agent again. Although I had not personally met Tyna before, knowledge of her character preceded her. It was certainly a new experience for me, but made much easier by Tyna. I made a very good choice in having Tyna as my agent. Any telephone calls made to the office were handled very professionally by staff.
