Seller reviewWe had dealt with Tynan in the past to purchase the property as a rental income, but we were now at a point when we wanted to sell that property and with his knowledge of the property and the area we felt encouraged to have him help us sell the property. Tynan was knowledgeable about the current markets and the listing price. Thanks to Tynan we received more than what we initially expected when we sold our house and the house sold relatively fast. Tynan did put our worries to rest by explaining the process thoroughly and communicating with us during every step. I strongly encourage anybody looking to buy or sell a property in Northern Wisconsin to pay a visit to the local Century twenty one office and ask for this young professional.

Seller reviewI had a couple of homes for sale with Tynan, so my basis for information is between both. I found him to be very communicative, provided me with the information I needed along the way. He was accessible, easy to get hold of. I had issues that were outside of Tynan's control with the particular sale of my duplex. However, up front, I had three offers within 24 hours. I attribute that to the presence of my duplex on the market, sale price... Tynan took aerial views of both properties. He gave us really valuable information for preparing our homes for sale. On my duplex, the first buyers were not serious about their commitments, and once we removed them from the equation the house sold very quickly. The closing was effortless.
