Seller reviewWe chose Val and Chris Vinson because of their long successful track record and knowledge of the area. Val suggested a list price higher then I expected. She was confident in her price, which kept us confident. We received multiple offers and ultimately sold for over list price 4 days after hitting the market. We are now the highest selling home in our neighborhoods history. Great agents, and great people that we now call friends. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend.

Seller reviewVal is outstanding - the absolute best! She sold my home, Above listing price in less than 5 days. Had more showings in 4 days than the prior listing agent had in 2 months. That other real estate agent was AWFUL, a traumatic experience, and I fired them. I have recommended Val and will always recommend her. That is really saying something with my other real estate agent experiences. Again, she is absolutely the best!!!

Seller reviewThere is no one better. Val was nothing short of amazing and we are lucky we have used her 3 times now. She is easy to talk to, trusting, and dedicated. I do not trust many people, especially when I dont know them all that well but with Valerie you just know she's got your back. We are extremely sad we won't be working with her again (only because we live in NC now) I would and will recommend her to anyone who will listen.
