The sale of this house was result of the death of my mom. For years after my father died, we thought the house was owned by a trust that my dad had set up for my mom. All was well and good until the title search company found that the trust did not own the house. So then we had to go back and probate my mom's will. Vera was there every step of the way explaining to us everything that needed to happen so this closing could be within the buyers timeframe. Had it not been for Vera we would have been lost. I would recommend her to anyone that is interested in selling their home or purchasing a home. She seemed like family by the time we got to closing, we all appreciated everything she did so much. It is rough selling your parents home and she made it so much easier. Vera contacted me because she had a client that was interested in seeing our house. That client had previously messaged me and asked if his realtor could contact me. (I knew the client, so him messaging me personally was not odd )Vera contacted me and showed the house. She did an excellent job, her personality, her love for what she does shows in everything I saw in her.

Vera Stone was absolutely amazing. On December 10th, 2021 my home was destroyed by a EF5 Tornado and while I was already in the market and working with her to find the prefect home for my family she kicked it into overdrive. She made the whole process stressless and pain-free. I would 100% recommended Vera to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. I can not put into words how attentive, companionate and understand she was when it came to my family and our needs. She went above and beyond and then beyond again.
