He was not only professional, but he was knowledgeable, sincere, honest, friendly, and empathic. He not only heard us, but he listened. Not once did we feel like he was concerned with a commission. He offered suggestions and gave honest opinions when asked. I cannot praise him enough. This was the third house we have purchased and this experience was beyond excellent. He is truly gifted. Again, I cannot put into words how excellent he was. Honestly, excellent doesn't define these qualities in Veronico. Excellent only touches the surface. Just exceptional! Truly, there are no words.
