Seller reviewAt every stage, Vesna kept us informed with calls, text messages and photos. She oversaw all of the work her contractors did. She even threw down ice melt several times to keep our driveway and walkway clear for foot traffic. Vesna's marketing plan was outstanding compared to 4 other brokers we had seem. She exuded confidence and earned our trust right away. She got our home sold in the middle of 3 nor'easters and a crippling Covid-19 pandemic. She kept us informed constantly throughout. Vesna is very professional, exuberant about what she does and has excellent contractors at her disposal. Her vast experience and her outstanding negotiating skills brought us top dollar for our house. I would recommend Vesna Kanacki to anyone looking for a broker. When needed, Vesna spearheaded critical steps in the closing process that greatly assisted me and eventually brought about the final closing process in a most expeditious manner. Seller reviewAnother broker Chris from downstate NY did the research and informed me Vesna Kanacki was the best fit for me. I followed his recommendations. Vesna Kanacki advertised as a full service realty. Vesna was knowledgeable about Haverstraw and she was the only realtor that believed I would get the price I informed her I wanted for the property. I was not in the state and Vesna provided a gardener for the upkeep of the property. I called several times related to my tenants and she followed up on request I made. When I called Vesna she answered the phone or returned my calls promptly. She answered any questions I had about the sale of the property. Vesna is also a Notary and she provided this service by pursuing information that was needed for the sale of the property. Truly, this was full service and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy property or sell their property. She is an excellent Realtor.
