She made time to see me by completely accommodating my schedule. Vicki made sure I was aware of all aspects of the purchase and there were never any surprises because of this. She was a star with regard to negotiating the price and terms, and let me know when I had action items to take care of. Top notch performance. Vicki made me feel like a very valued client and she made herself available to me whenever we needed to take care of any documents or signatures. She knows her stuff and I felt no apprehension at all with regard to any part of this purchase. From the start I knew I was in good hands. Overall experience is outstanding. I have recommended Vicki to friends and would go to her again for home sale/buying help without hesitation. My son may be in the market for a new home within the next few months and he will be reaching out to Vicki when the time comes.
