Buyer reviewWe worked with Vickie Perkins while trying to negotiate/purchase a few different properties. We did finally successfully purchase land. With all of the instances we were working with Vickie she was always available and answered every question we had (and there were A LOT of them) very quickly. I am sure she got tired of from time to time lol.... but she was always so polite and helpful. We would 100% work with Vickie again and recommend her to anyone.

I reached out to Ms. Vickie and she responded within 24 hrs. I explained my situation and needs to her , she took over the process prior to us having a signed agreement and the rest is history. Ms. Perkins was very attentive and her communication with me was always timely, professional and on point, her suggestions about minor improvements was taken to heart and accomplished as this lady knows her market.
