Buyer reviewWorking with Vickie was an amazing experience. She made my move from Austin, TX to Derrider, LA a smooth transaction. We had exactly two weeks from the day I arrived, until closing. Vickie immediately made time in her schedule upon my arrival to show me the home I was interested in. She negotiated the price with the Sellers to ensure I was purchasing the home at the correct market value. She immediately provided me with local Home Inspectors to choose from, and provided all the Utility Company information to me. There was never a moment I wasn't kept informed on every step of the process. Early mornings, late nights, weekends; I was receiving updates from Vickie consistantly. Vickie's professional knowledge, guidance, work ethics, and genuine passion for her clients, shown through every step of the way. But Vickie was wonderful, she explained everything and made sure I understood it all. She was so kind and caring about my feelings and so upbeat and positive. She was exactly what I needed to get me through this. She was always fast to respond to my questions via text or phone calls. Her beautiful smile kept me reassured every thing was going to be okay. And it was. I would never consider using anyone else from this point forward. When I get ready to buy I will definitely be calling her. I started out with a real estate agent and ended up with a friend also. God bless her for her hard work and dedication and looking out for me.
