Vicky is very professional yet personable, she gave us the impression that we were her most important clients even as she had other things going on. Vickey was very helpful in finding necessary contractors and acting as a go between as we were not living in the state during our sale, She was helpful in making our home as presentable as possible in all ways I would highly recommend Vicky to other sellers or buyers, she is great to work with. The only criticism I would have is that we could have been informed we would be working with the closing company, that was a surprise, they were fine to work with also just didn't expect it. Vicky Koehike always made time for me when I called with a question, she really gave us the feeling that she was looking out for our best interests. Century 21 is fortunate to have such a dedicated agent on their staff.

Working with Vicky was great. This market is crazy and stressful and you have to have an agent that makes finding you a home a priority. Vicky would make sure I could see a house within 24 hours from when it was listed. She worked with my availability and scheduling, and my constant texts with new potential properties. Vicky was also great about looking into the property to make sure that it fit what we needed before we spent time going to see it. We put in a lot of offers in this market and it was discouraging at times but she remained just as determined as me to find us a house, she knew our story and cared.
