Seller reviewVicky Marshall is an excellent real estate professional. She is hard-working but most importantly she is trustworthy and ethical and friendly. She is a genuinely good person and that was very important to me. She always kept a positive attitude regarding whether a property would sell and I relied on her opinion about the worth of the property and whether an offer was good or bad. We were always on the same page in this regard. I would recommend Vicky to anyone selling residential, commercial, or vacation properties because she has sold all three types for me and done a fabulous job! Vicky Marshall is a go-getter and a great person to work with. We have some difficult pieces of property to sell currently, but she has sold more of them than any other broker we had under contract previously. The difference between her work and that of a previous broker is night and day! She does her work! She does it conscientiously! I will never begrudge her the commission. She earned it.
