I came into contact with victor via insta. Although a high volume realtor he was very responsive on any questions&wasn't pushy but waited until I reached out a second time. Once I expressed our desire to want to purchase and get a preapproval we met in his office where we met Danya who helped us right away with the preapproval process. Initially, we set a day for showing 2 weeks in time. However we found a home we liked via his posts 2 days after and set a day to see it on the 4th day after preapproval. That same day we submitted an offer on 1/3 homes we visited. He negotiated $25,000 in seller credits and we were over the moon. The process was lengthy, we did opt for a 60 day escrow however we were so pleased with the entire process. Victor and Danya helped us in a way a previous realtor and lender weren't able too. They were so kind, & communicative. They prayed for us our home and have been such a blessing to know. I'd recommend them to anyone & everyone! Ty guys so much!
